Lets Walk it Out!

New Walkie Talkie schedule is now in effect.  If you can, come hit the track with us every Tuesday and Thursday at  8:00 am, please do so.  We will stretch about 5-10 minutes first.  The track is 2 miles so you can walk until your heart is content.  We usually walk around two times than stretch again at the end.
